i have a page i need to put a checkbox on with the value=NOIDecision, checkbox needs to be unchecked to start with.
i then need to pass the value of the checkbox on to the next page. then on the next page i need to do one of two different things based on that value of the checkbox. can someone give me the code for both of these pieces?
