I been using the Aptana IDE, since its basically eclipse but the css support is good enough to actually be useful, and cfe works good in it. I still will use dw if i need to visualize something when i work with it.
As far as dw's search/replace being so good... I thought it was until this weekend when I did a search/replace for a folder and it missed over a dozen instances of the search term, was quite frusterating.
