hi i am finding this problem very 'challenging'. I have had a look at the suggested tabs but unfortunately i can see this as being not simple enough for me at the moment. I would need to manipulate it alot as i need to disable some of the tabs, and would also need to have the tabs in a vertical fashion. I dont have the relevant css skills in order to accomplish this manipulation at the moment. I dont mind learning if there is a tutorial though :)
I either need a tab navigation system that allows me to do all of this and the features that i mentioned above or find some way of including a file and placing its contents in a div dynamically.
