The problem isn't w/XStandard--it's with the markup that Word generates.
XStandard correctly cleans up the markup, but Word mucks up the ordered
list and doesn't produce the correct HTML markup.

I find a few other cases (which I can't recall) in which it's actually
Word that's messing things up by producing HTML markup that does not
match what you're seeing in Word.
