Mostly with any DTS packages.  They no longer use DTS...it's called
Integrated Services...though it does support the legacy DTS...you can upload
your dts packages and migrate them later.  Also watch out for identities not
transferring over.  We just unexpectedly did an upgrade...we went out to a
client to transfer their server with the site we just built for them along
with the databases...we got to their site and they had SQL 2005...

I suspect most of the issues that will occur will be the differences in the
databases.
