Ali, <shameless_plug> If you're looking for shared hosting, you can get CF7 for only $1.95 a month in additional to regular hosting fees (as low as $3.99 per month) at www.x-registrar.com. The hosting provider is the same that GoDaddy uses (and I believe I've heard good reviews of that hosting service.) </shameless_plug>
Other popular choices are Crystaltech and Hostmysite. I've never tried shared hosting at either of them, but I've had dedicated servers with both, and while crystaltech is cheaper, they have almost 0 support on the dedicated boxes, while HMS can be negotiated to similar pricing as crystaltech and the support is much better.
