Somehow this one worked itself out. I made the following changes: 1. made some changes to the frame that referred to it, 2. renamed the file and renamed it back, (didn't seem to work) 3. created a new page with a new name and linked to it in the calling frame, 4. removed the link and page created in 3.
Of all of these, clearing the cache for the calling page seems to make the most sense.
