I believe Rick has integrated his CFFM into FCKEditor.

I've looked at it in the past, as I do have some Mac users that would like
an editor with Safari support. But it lacked the capability to upload files
to the server and browse the existing files on the server. Same for file
upload, you can't to my knowledge upload something like a PDF file and link
to it as is supported in FCKEditor. They do have a plugin available for
images but it's for PHP/.NET only. Other than that, it did look pretty
decent.
