Brad, 

Officially, you need Enterprise to do a jrun cluster.  Unofficially, I've
been getting some promising results by hacking the xml files with cf
standard.  We've abandoned that project though and bought enterprise, but if
you have a lot of spare time, you can probably hack something together.
