I apologize that I haven't been very closely following this thread, but I wanted to clarify.
Are you talking about dynamically showing form fields in a flash form after the SWF loads (which were not initially available) based on some criteria. If so, are you talking about showing and hiding a finite number of form fields which would be the equivalent to showing and hiding a div in html? Or, are you talking about the unlimited dynamic generation of form fields. For instance, where a user could keep hitting an add button and you could created new input elements for each one?
