Hi All, Coldfusion provides SMS integration with application but how does it work with phone systems? One of the projects I am going to start to work on involves functionality where users dial a number and a four digit extension and upon connecting disconnect the call. The system than takes that number, identifies the extension and based on rules tied to that extension, performs some operations and sends a reply back to the user's number.
How can Coldfusion event gateways play a role for this kind of requirements? Please point me to some articles that explain this sort of implementation.
