Local database for the site-specific data and master database for the data shared between sites?

And we can add additional functionality to each site by means of a master database etc. This means we can set up a site within a couple of days, depending on the design, and the basic site structure is all scripted, so a simple batch file on the server does pretty much all of it. it's paid for itself over and over, in terms of quick response, and fast support, and I'm really glad we did it. It doesn't fit all clients, but it makes a good jumping off point for most of them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:258291 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
