Hmm, perhaps because that's the framework we wanted the application done
with? I wonder what we'd have done if a consulting firm had that in their
proposal "Fusebox, what an over blated piece of shit....".

Do you go to the car dealer and say "I just want any car that will get me to
the methodone clinic the fastest."? Or do you go there and say "I would like
an AMC Pacer with low miles and an 8-track player to get me to the methodone
clinic". I bet you do the latter.
