Speaking of shadow copies, if you're using Eclipse (with CFEclipse)
you might be able to get it back from the Local History that Eclipse
automatically keeps.  I'm not sure if it gets cleared if you delete a
file or not, but worth a look if that's what you're using for your
IDE.
