one mystery int to get this to work!

Short hand methods (just looks good)
coldfusion.xml.rpc.XmlRpcServiceImpl.getWebService()
coldfusion.xml.rpc.XmlRpcServiceImpl.registerWebService()
I would look into the docs for the org.apache.axis.client.Stub package and
see what the dosc say about this.
