Sure, Google still indexes the pages, but the ranking algorithms place
SES urls higher than the ugly IDs.  It doesn't make much sense to me,
particularly when you look at all the fake search result pages that are
filled with text ads, but that get high ranks because of their SES URLs.
But it's what the search engines do, regardless of how much sense it
makes.  But I think the biggest reason is that you can search for
'adobe', and since www.adobe.com happens to be owned by Adobe and is
filled with Adobe content, it jumps to the top.
