That's certainly something to look at. But I will add that myself and a fair 
number of my other customers are seeing a lot more of these timeout errors at 
Crystaltech as well. Users at other hosts don't seem to have the same problems, 
Access or no. I've noticed other users complaining of similar problems on their 
forums as well. Here's just one thread:

So, not sure Access is the problem.
