I have made an initial foray into trying to do a shared instance of CFFM , and it's not currently working. I've placed CFFM in the same shared "include" directory.. with the same mappings... However, when the CFM files in that directory are accessed, the application.cfm file in the originating web root is not used. so I can't make use of application variables to set the file manager's document root or web roots (which are different for each web site).
