First of all good choice on the mac :)
I don't know why you would want to ruin it by running vista on it but thats
your business.

You didn't mention "how" you are going to run it. I have heard bootcamp will
support vista soon and parallels already supports it.

Now you do realize that if you run an m$ os that you can still get a virus
on a mactel but it wont affect OSX just windows.


As to the "will it run in full gui"
You gotta remember that m$ is trying to copy osx as much as they can and the
basis of the gui in vista tries to make it like a mac where you need better
hardware to run it correctly. I dont think you will find a pc that will run
vista as good as a mac will and that right there is pretty damn funny!! no
wonder why Bill is retiring.
