Given that R is the radius, X and Y the coordinates of the center,
you can do a loop on the angle A, say by increments of 10deg from 0 to 360,
then each point (px, py) is given by the formula:
xp = X + R*cos(A)
yp = Y + R*sin(A)
(A should be converted into radians)
