I would recommend that you turn this off. Windows doesn't detect when CF
becomes unresponsive, because it's actually the worker processes that become
unresponsive, not the process that manages these worker processes. However,
I think that if Windows restarts the CF service using this functionality,
the service restart should be logged in the System event log.
