Hi, There is no need for the call to be truly asynchronous. The problem at the moment is that the call can sometimes take up to 40 seconds so the customer is not sure that something is happening. I would prefer if when the user hits submit button on the form I take them to a page that has a "loading" message and then forward them on to the result page once the page has loaded.
Someone out there must have a rock solid solution to this! Most of the airlines have some sort of "loading" page!
