I'm pretty sure you can't enable POP or IMAP on a per-account basis. If you
control the Exchange server, though, you could enable POP generally, then
use firewall rules, etc, to control who exactly can get to it.

You might also be able to use CDO to talk to Exchange - you could do this
using a COM object or script that you invoke from CF.

Use a mail account somewhere else? You could auto-forward messages from
Exchange to this somewhere else.
