Thanks for the info, and I hope I wasn't prying too much by asking. I was very curious because I'm setting up a site for a customer that will allow his renters to pay rent online and I plan to use Paypal.
I haven't used them before and was curious about the ability to retrieve funds from a Paypal account. They can be retrieved anytime, right? And... why do they want the funds to necessarily go into a Paypal and then have to be transferred? Interest on the funds? It would be nice if the transaction sent the funds directly to my client's account... No. Its an accounting issue. I killed off my corporation for tax reasons a couple years ago but I have an old paypal account tied to that dormant corporate bank acct which still has about $50 sitting in it that I'd like to be able to spend. But I don't want funds going into that bank account as I'll have a lot more paperwork to deal with than if I spend the money directly and then just claim it as an expense on the DBA I run under now. Sorry you asked, right? :-) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:262411 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
