Thanks for the info, and I hope I wasn't prying too much by asking.

I was very curious because I'm setting up a site for a customer
that will allow his renters to pay rent online and I plan to use Paypal.

I haven't used them before and was curious about the ability to retrieve
funds from a Paypal account.  They can be retrieved anytime, right?

And... why do they want the funds to necessarily go into a Paypal
and then have to be transferred?  Interest on the funds?  It would be nice
if the transaction sent the funds directly to my client's account...

No.  Its an accounting issue.  I killed off my corporation for tax
reasons a couple years ago but I have an old paypal account tied to
that dormant corporate bank acct which still has about $50 sitting in
it that I'd like to be able to spend.  But I don't want funds going
into that bank account as I'll have a lot more paperwork to deal with
than if I spend the money directly and then just claim it as an
expense on the DBA I run under now.
