Well... I guess I could do it that way. I have always tried to keep the format they type in as close to what they will do instinctually, which is the xxx.oooooooo.xxx format. The extra dot format seems to confuse. But maybe it's really just the lack of www in there somewhere that confuses them.
So, I could do that... do you think that is the best solution?
