There's no clear definition for what makes something "enterprise" software, but I think that most people wouldn't categorize FarCry as enterprise software. Vendor support tends to be a feature of enterprise software, as well as conformance to various APIs, standards, etc, etc. Don't feel bad, though - most enterprise software sucks.
