No amount of CFML code can prevent the BANDWIDTH from being used, because the CFML code in your .cfm page doesn't get executed until *AFTER* the web server receives the complete request headers and the request body (ie, the form post). *THEN* the CFML starts to execute. If the goal is to prevent the bandwidth use then you have to have the web server SEVER the connection when the post data reaches a certain point.
