I have built an intranet portal which is accessible internally and externally. If I could get the internal DNS name that would be a start. As most of my errors are occurring with internal IP addresses. I have found that users here would rather find a workaround then call for help. If I can get there DNS name I can cross reference that name with the database the network guys have and locate the user. Then I call them and recreate the situation and fix the issue.
