I am looking for some advice on payment gateways. What would be ideal is a gateway that is: 1. Internationally supported (especially UK/USA) 2. Integrates seamlessly with a shopping cart 3. Ideally, will not require SSL 4. Is reliable/robust with decent documentation, preferably code examples for CF 5. Is not expensive for set up costs or transaction fees 6. Has good developer support, including a test environment
