In this regards, I would like to inform you that I could not find any orders with name John Miller in our database however, today I recd. a support ticket at our helpdesk (Ticket # YVP-81832) by one of our clients that he ordered a hosting account on 30th November but has not recd. any welcome mails or account info. The domain name for this ticket was thediemfiles.com from email address [EMAIL PROTECTED] . If you are the same client than please note that we sent you welcome mail 3 times already. I really don\'t understand why it was not recd. by you.
Your account was setup in less than one hour and a welcome mail was sent. We did receive a mail from you saying that you have not recd. welcome on 4th Nov. and we again replied that mail. Than you sent a mail to Plimus which is our payment gateway company and than we again sent you welcome mail. Donno what\'s wrong. I checked all our mail server logs and I can confirm that it was sent successfully. You may like to check your spam box/bulk mail folder. The welcome mails might have landed there. Also please note that in the reply of the ticket, we have also appended the copy of the welcome mail. If you are a different client than please generate a support ticket at http://support.hostingatoz.com with correct domain name which you filled while ordering the hosting plan.
