Hi Casey,

To clarify what we are looking for, we would like to allow users to record
audio notations directly from a form page. In other words, record their
voice versus type on a textbox. Once the recording is complete, the user
can press submit and the .wav file done from the recording is submitted and
saved on a file directory.

This cuts the step of recording the audio on the users sound recorder app
and uploading the saved file.

Originally, I thought there would be plenty of choices on an off-the-shelf
"web browser-based sound recorder".... especially on the flash side.

Thanks,

Michael
