The Light (free) version of EMS SQL manager for Postgre (or mysql) is really
pretty good. I have had no issues, and use it quite a bit.

Subject: Re: MySQL vs PostgreSQL

I usually use phpMyAdmin for MySQL administration. This week I installed
PostgreSQL and phpPgAdmin. Does anyone know any good resources for learning
how to use phpPgAdmin? At present, it seems that the only way to create
tables is to write SQL.
