The company I work for (a clothing designer/manufacturer that does a lot of shipping) recently switched to UPS from Fedex for our shipping (I guess UPS is a bit cheaper), and UPS has been a nightmare to deal with. Their second day and next day services are unreliable. We are now thinking about switching back to Fedex.
