Of course it depends on your level and needs.

If you want to manage everything on server alone. I would suggest to get 
a cheap and raliable dedicated server up to 100 USD and a CF Pro 
license. This is better than having a 400 USD box.

But if you don't want to deal with installation, problems etc.it would 
be not a good deal.

I pay for my dedicated box Win2003Srv Std, Opteron 146,  1 GB Ram, 2x80 
GB RAID1 HDD, 1000 GB traffic, remote console etc. etc. only 49 
Euro/month. :)
