OK, it's taken two days and most of my hair, but all the problems I've been having seem to be that the CFC doesn't "refresh" itself on the server after I update the file. The only way I can get it to work is to change the name of the CFC every time I put it back out to the server and update all the invoke statements to reflect that. ARGH!!! PITA!! Since this is on a shared server I don't know of any other way to do it, but it's REALLY hampering my progress.
