Chris,

It's a known bug in CFEclipse - extremely large files can sometimes take a
ridiculous amount of time to parse. You may want to try the latest beta of
CFEclipse. The update site is:

http://www.cfeclipse.org/betaupdate

The paths have finally changed in this version, so delete any
com.rohanclan.* plugin folders before running. This latest version should be
1.2.9.5. If you're still having problems, you can add a note that it's still
happening to the bug (#152, http://trac.cfeclipse.org/) - it's already
critical and slated for the 1.3 release, but you can mention that it's still
happening.
