Hey everyone... I've been offered a position with a company here in Nashville, TN. Everything that I've seen so far about the offer sounds great, including the pay. I just wanted to ask a a few general questions because I don't like talking about money.
1) Should I take the first offer they make? Should I counteroffer for the sake of counteroffering? 2) Where can I go to find real-world salaries? I checked Salary.com but their listings for my area seem really high.
