Well, I was thinking CFDocument at first, but CFMX doesn't save as image yet. Seems ralio does as well as BD 7 (beta). So maybe Sorpio may? It would be nice if you can leverage some Java for it, but not likely to be supported on shared host either.
I think I would also consider not using CF at all. Get a list of URL's and have an outside program run against them on some sort of schedule. Either on the server or outside box then upload them periodically.
