Richard, I'm assuming since you've seemed not to have a problem with any 
of the replies to your questions, that you *are* running CF7. If anyone 
reading this is *NOT* running CF7 and are still on CF5, CF6 or CF6.1 
then you can find hashing UDFs at CFLib.org. It looks like SHA-256 
<http://cflib.org/udf.cfm?ID=406> is the strongest one they've got.

Just an FYI for the rest of us poor sods not running the latest and 
greatest. ;o)
