While I try to stay away from plugging my own publication on the lists, may I suggest buying a copy of the Frameworks/OOP issue of the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update (http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly)? This would be Vol. 1 Issue 2 (Fall 2006) and it covers most of the current major frameworks in ColdFusion. There is a great article by Jared Rypka-Hauer, Introduction to Frameworks, that goes over the six major CF frameworks (Fusebox, Mach-II, Model-Glue, Coldspring, Reactor and Transfer) and discusses where each one shines... Then we have articles on five of the six (Fusebox, Mach-II, Model-Glue, ColdSpring and Reactor). Several readers have said it was very helpful to them in choosing a framework to use...
