A second for Navicat... it's $100 (if the price is still the same), but when I first began to use MySQL a few years ago, it made the switch from Access a *lot* easier.
The interface is very intuitive and it's a complete management tool for your MySQL DB's, including scheduled backup. Highly Recommended... Yeah, yeah what took me > so long? I had my reasons but now I'm ready and I was wondering if > anyone could provide me with some recommended administration tools. I've always liked Navicat for mySQL admin: www.navicat.com The free MySQL Administrator works fine too. Just Navicat is lots slicker.
