Well that helps. I'm using the developer edition and the Processing Threads form box is greyed out. So I guess I'll have to test on a remote dev server.
I've made some tweaks to it and it looks to be working better with the enterprise edition. It looks like it doesn't like it when it has a files put in the directory when it is trying to process other files. It will ignore them all together.
