Hi, I apologize for the OT post. Several of our apps serve up Crystal Reports to our remote users. This works with the exception that certain Netscape users cannot print their reports without some severe formatting errors (like 46 point font size), depending (I think) in part on the printer they are printing to. It looks fine in the browser / Crystal Java Viewer. So far no cases of the problem occurring in IE. Does anyone have an exhaustive list of which Navigator / Printer driver combos to avoid, or better yet, has a workaround been found? Seagate points the finger at Netscape, and from there I've found nothing. It's a difficult problem that so far we've not been able to control.
