couldnt you create a list of words "one" - "ninety-nine" use the decmial to seperate the currency into 2 values.. dollars and cents. Then use a switch case to determine the length of the dollars to add the "hundred" or "thousand", or "ten thousand", etc?
use the above list to create the tens and ones dollar amount and the cents amount..
