Well, if this were true, we'd be having a lot worse problems. The
session timeout issue occurs even if I immediately submit the form.
Nothing is actually, really, timing-out. Generally, I hate frames. And
this has given me another reason to hate frames. I also can't change
the fact that this large enterprise application is using client-scope.
Unfortunately, it's not my call. I just have to fix it. Alas.

Yes, I'd really like to investigate AJAX. Not sure how useful it would
be in this scenario, given that we're posting the form data, and
getting all new data for the next iteration. No real bandwidth is
being saved (except maybe the header bar of the page), and the user
experience (sans error) would be essentially the same. There isn't
really any dynamism that needs addressing in this particular
situation.

In any case, thanks for your thoughts. I'm still hashing away at
trying to find the culprit.
