Thanks Ray and Assistenza. I've passed it on to the colleague. I figured it was far better to have Ray Camden explain this stuff to my colleague than to try to do it myself. Also I can get on with my work while Ray talks to him. And the best thing - while he's sitting at his desk with his headphones on listening to Ray, he isnt annoying me!
