What does it say in your log files? Mail.log?

Subject: CF Mail - under the hood question.

What causes the CF engine to relegate an e-mail to the "undelivr" folder?
We are experiencing a situation where some perfectly valid e-mails are going
through and other equally valid ones are not, they are ending up in the
"undelivr" folder as soon as they leave the "spool" folder.

What is the relationship between ColdFusion and the Mail server, an exchange
server in this case.
