Are you talking of disabling the print feature of the browser?  I do not
think you can achieve that.

You can load your report into a pop-up and disable the tool bars and that
will hinder "most" of the average users.

You may need to also have a message that loads that says, 'Loading Data..."
to inform the user that the report is not done.  AJAX does this very often.
