I like SeeFusion a bit better, because I find it easier to identify problems with it. However, some people I know prefer Fusion Reactor, because they find it easier to monitor servers generally with it. I'm not typically monitoring servers over long periods, I am just trying to fix problems that I know exist. Your best bet is to download the trial versions of each and see what you like best, though.
