Did you try removing the seemingly extra single quote mark before ..jpg? This will be added to your file name and it may be that you don't need this?
If there is no error, is there a blank image placeholder where the image should be? If there is, right click on it and select properties and it should tell you the path and image name that has been output and this may give you more clues as to what is going wrong with the file name.
